Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests’ needs and requirements.
Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
Good communication and ability to promote sales.
Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.
Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.
Must handle guest complaints according to the policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently.
Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
Previous Service or Fine Dining Experience a plus
Familiarity with French or Spanish language a plus.
Must be available Full Time.
