Job Summary:
Our fast paced restaurant is in search of a highly experienced grill operator/kitchen leader.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performing short-order cooking foods-breakfast and lunch items-meats, veggies, fryer, oven etc.
Ensuring that all customers are to receive the highest quality in culinary services/customer's standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge in safe operation of food service equipment
A team player and ability to read tickets/great communication skills
Dedication to food quality and control
Knowledge of food handling/sanitation standards/cleanliness in the kitchen
Strong work ethic with reliability/dependability and great attitude!
Compensation:
Excellent/Comparable within the industry
Your starting schedule will be Monday-Friday (Day-Time) and Saturdays coming into our busy season with occasional Sundays. Is is important to have your own car (to drive to/from work) as you may be asked to make occasional catering deliveries.
