Pizzeria is hiring for a skilled ‘Full-Time Lead Pizza Maker’ position:
Do you have a passion for food or love for pizza? If- so this is the perfect job for you
We are looking for a driven and experienced “Pizza Maker” with previous pizza experience, familiar with artisanal/thin crust pizza dough; additional experience with Neapolitan style pizza dough is a plus.
Job responsibilities:
Being able to open/stretch, and load pizzas in to a (deck type) of oven.
Follow standardized recipes to prepare in-house/ from scratch: doughs, sauces, toppings, etc.
Monitoring inventories.
Maintain clean and organized work station.
Follow all food health and safety requirements/ guidelines.
Job qualifications:
Precision and attention to detail is a must.
Being time efficient and maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Previous food handling/ restaurant experience.
Follow directions and thrive in a fast paced/ multi faceted enviroment.
Effectively communicate and work as part of a team.
