What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled bartender with 2+ years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Knowledge of Asian beverages, including soju, sake, makgeolli, and other traditional drinks.
- Creativity in crafting cocktails with an Asian twist, using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Strong understanding of mixology, bar tools, and drink presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for learning and growing.
Your Role:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including our signature cocktails and traditional Asian drinks.
- Develop and introduce new cocktail recipes that align with our restaurant’s theme and menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, making recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, stock, and ordering of bar supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
