Our Story

In 1997, our restaurant started small—one cook, one dish, one server—but quickly became a beloved local gathering place. The energy, the people, and the passion for great food turned a tiny café into a thriving restaurant that remains deeply connected to its community and a local institution.

Your Role as an Hourly Manager:

- Deliver an elevated guest experience – Anticipate needs, provide seamless service, and create memorable dining moments

- Develop leadership skills – Manage staffing, training, and operations

- Master financial operations – Learn budgeting, inventory control, and cost management

- Be part of a culture of growth – Contribute to a team that values creativity, hospitality, and continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate will have flexibility in their schedule, evenings, weekends, and Holidays required. You should be comfortable upholding boundaries with kindness while mentoring staff on best practices to achieve a quality guest experience.

Our candidate should have 2+ years of management experience in a fast paced environment and a focus on team building, and have experience in building relationships with external individuals and groups, creating SOPs, and understanding P&L statements.
