Exciting restaurant in Fells Point, looking to expand its Front of House staff. We are seeking experienced bartenders and waitstaff that focuses on professionalism and guest-centric service.
Front of House Positions Available:
Bartenders with a positive attitude, experience in elevated cocktails and basic knowledge of sparking and still wines. Would love to find candidates who like to learn and will take our product and process seriously.
Servers with experience in dine-in, hospitality focused restaurants, desire to learn about food and wines and passion for providing memorable guest experiences!
Hosts who have the ability to multitask, real experience with guest/customer interactions, must have a commanding yet friendly demeanor at all times.

Some basic requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a high-end or upscale casual restaurant.
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of POS systems (TOAST is a plus).
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
