Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create seasonal cocktail menus that highlight local and hyper-seasonal ingredients.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including prepping and stocking supplies.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Chef Owner and team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
- Train and mentor bar staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on cocktail creation and seasonal ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage bar operations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Experience in a high-volume, seasonally inspired restaurant is preferred.
