This position requires good communication skills, ability to manage multiple phone lines, and experience in restaurant reservation software. Proficiency in Open Table is a plus! This is a very fun and challenging position, and is not simply walking our guests to their tables. You will be required to "run the book," plot reservations and adjust for walk-ins throughout service.
Weekend availability is a must.
Minimum 2 years fine dining experience is encouraged.
Candidates should be passionate and highly motivated about hospitality.
Candidates should be able to remember regular guests names, and bring an element of service to our guests experiences.
