We are seeking BOH team members with a passion for food and a thirst for knowledge. Must be professional and be able to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and set up stations for our regularly changing menu. Qualified candidates will work with other team members in the kitchen to execute signature dishes, assisting the chef with their daily tasks. Ideal prospects will be organized and self-motivated, with problem-solving abilities. Experience a plus, but not necessary. We are more than willing to train!
Buscamos miembros del equipo BOH con pasión por la comida y sed de conocimiento. Debe ser profesional y poder preparar comida según las especificaciones del chef y configurar estaciones para nuestro menú que cambia periódicamente. Los candidatos calificados trabajarán con otros miembros del equipo en la cocina para ejecutar platos exclusivos y ayudar al chef con sus tareas diarias. Los prospectos ideales serán organizados y motivados, con capacidad para resolver problemas. Experimentar un plus, pero no necesario. Estamos más que dispuestos a entrenar!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Be able to follow recipes and execute them properly
-Be able to move quickly and perform under pressure
-Set up, stock and maintain a clean work station
-Have strong time management skills
-Be able to take direction, grow and learn
-Maintain level of quality set by the chef
