THAMES STREET OYSTER HOUSE is searching for a part time, experienced bartender to join our team. We are an extremely busy location on the waterfront in historic Fells Point, and are looking for a professional that can balance volume with extensive points of service and do so efficiently. The schedule will include a weeknight shorter shift, Friday lunch service, and a Sunday shift, with room to pick up additional shifts when needed.
At least 5 years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is recommended, as well as an excellent work ethic, passion for superior service, outstanding food, beverage, and wine knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, manners, and professionalism. You MUST be a team player and a true PROFESSIONAL to fit in and succeed here. We are an independent location and tight knit group, and require a respectful and dedicated individual who is committed to excellence to join us.
