Small 30 seat cocktail bar
Looking for a dependable, good mannered person that wishes to learn bartending and classic bar service in pursuit of a full-time role.
Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 - 11.
Role includes:
Setting up the bar and learning to prep ingredients.
Dishwashing (both bar glassware and small plates kitchen dishes),
Cleaning and Maintaining secondary needs in the FOH and BOH during and after service (includes picking up dishes filling waters and interacting with guests)
Learning hospitality and service steps
Learn batching, costing, recipes
