We’re looking for a Prep & Line Cook (with Dish Support) to join our small, supportive team.
This hands-on role balances food prep, cooking, baking, and dish support as part of a collaborative kitchen that values scratch cooking, fermentation, and seasonal ingredients. Baking experience is a big plus, and for the right person, this is a chance to grow your skills and take ownership in a thoughtful, creative food space.
Schedule:
Wednesday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Thursday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Sunday: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook menu dishes with consistency, efficiency, and care
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout service
Bake breads (we make a lot of focaccia!) and assist with seasonal baking projects
Use local, seasonal ingredients creatively—minimizing waste and maximizing flavor
Participate in fermentation prep and learn from an experienced kitchen team
Keep your station clean, organized, and up to sanitation standards
Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates to ensure smooth service
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of kitchen experience (but we’ll train the right person)
Baking experience is a plus and must be supported by references
Passion for scratch cooking, fermentation, and local, seasonal ingredients
Desire to learn and grow your craft
Reliability, teamwork, and good communication
What we offer:
$16–$18 per hour, based on experience
