Ideal candidate possess 2 or more years service experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
Candidates must possess a working knowledge of cooking techniques, allergens, wine varietals and pairings, styles of beer, and basic cocktail knowledge and ability to give a menu walkthrough.
Dinner and Brunch shifts available, applicants must have weekend availability to be considered for the position at this time.

Ability to recognize guests and remember names
Ability to work together in a team, bring a positive attitude to the workplace, and deliver a genuine positive experience to our guests on a consistent basis.
Passion for food and beverage and desire to learn more
Ability to learn and execute new sales and service techniques within our company's guidelines
The ability to carry up to three plates at a time, run food, bus tables, balance items on trays, proper glass handling techniques, and other critical techniques found within the service industry.
