Toki Underground is an award winning, 75-seat restaurant located on Greenmount Ave in Baltimore, MD. We’re an Izakaya & Ramen bar serving up delicious food, cocktails and great energy. We are currently looking to fill a position for Bartender. The bar program is concise, efficient and straight forward with 4/5 house cocktails and the same number of beers & sakes that rotate seasonally. We don't have a full bar but can accommodate most requests. We batch our cocktails & make all syrups & juices in house. We are looking someone who is good natured, wants to work, is consistent, punctual, professional, drama-free, works well with a team and offers exceptional customer service.
