HANDS ON Restaurant Manager needed for POULET Restaurant on York Rd. and COOP, a new music Venue newly added to the restaurant. We are a very high volume fast service restaurant with a full bar and attached music venue that seats 250+ people.
This is a full time position. This is NOT a boring job! Restaurant Management experience is an absolute must. Music venue experience is a big plus.
This Manager must be a friendly and outgoing team player with experience in a high volume/fast paced restaurant/kitchen. Duties will include inventory, ordering, cash management, scheduling, overseeing staff and assisting Owner with daily duties.
