The right person for this position can prioritize various prep and set up tasks, has a can-do attitude and is willing to not only learn, but teach others as well. Candidates are not required to have a culinary degree or formal school training, but relevant experience in the field is a must, ideally also having experience with ordering, cost and quality control, and staff management. Knowledge of various knife skills and protein cookery required.
