Cafe Fili Mediterranean is looking to immediately hire a Full Time Shift Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of restaurant, supervisory experience.
Ideal Candidate will:
-Provide support and oversight of FOH staff to provide top notch service
-Expand customer loyalty
-Promote teamwork
-Create of culture of excellence
-Promote guest focus through efficient and professional customer service and follow up
-Enforce health, sanitation, cleanliness and sanitary practices
-Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Toast
Hours are flexible, we close at 7 pm, so no late night hours.
