We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook with open availability to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
Manage ticket times to ensure timely service
Follow health department regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor and record food temperatures to maintain safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including some dishwashing duties
Properly weigh, label, and store food items for freshness and compliance
Assist with food prep and inventory tracking to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
