The Bluebird Cocktail Room & Pub is currently looking to fill the following positions:
BARTENDERS must have a minimum of 2 years full time bartending experience. Cocktail knowledge is required, as is spirits, wine, and beer in general. This position is for a career bartender, or, at the very least, someone who is incredibly passionate about the cocktail craft. Experience in delivering a high quality product in a high volume environment is a must.
BARBACK/SERVER must have a minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience. Basic job duties include running food and drinks, bussing tables, and assisting bartenders. On the weekends you will function as a server for our limited table service. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and food not required, though we do expect all of our barbacks to learn about our offerings in order to maintain a high level of service. Training will be provided. Must be of legal drinking age to apply.
HOSTS must have a minimum of 1 year restaurant experience and be available between the hours of 4:30PM-12AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Our host is the first person who greets our guestsfriendliness, personal style, and confidence are fantastic attributes. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
