BCBA – Immediate Hire (Baltimore, MD) – $95/hr
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a flexible and immediate-start basis in Baltimore, Maryland.
Position Highlights:
Rate: $95/hour
Location: Baltimore, MD (in-person)
Schedule: Flexible – part-time or full-time available
Must be fully licensed and BCBA certified
Must be able to accept BCBS insurance clients
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
Creating and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervising RBTs / behavior techs as needed
Parent training and collaboration with school teams
Progress monitoring, data analysis, and documentation compliance
Ideal Candidate:
Active BCBA license in Maryland (required)
Able to accept BCBS insurance
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable, ethical, and passionate about high-quality ABA services
