Location - Ellicott City, MD
Position is flexible - can be part-time or full-time.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet Patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
- Answer phones, schedule appointments
- Prepare patient charts and keep them up to date with proper paperwork
- Collect payments
- Work closely with the Doctor and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
We're looking for:
- A positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills
- Experience in dental or medical office preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Knowledge of dental terminology a plus
- Tech savvy, organized, a team-player, and personable
