We are seeking a mature, caring and experienced House Manager to lead our assisted living facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety and happiness of our senior residents. Requirements:
College degree: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Proven experience in senior care, preferably in an assisted living setting
Compassionate and caring: A warm and empathetic approach to working with seniors and their families
Detailed oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations, care plans and residents needs
Loving and supportive: Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and staff
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident
Manage staff, including scheduling, training and supervision
Foster a sense of community and engagement among residents
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
