Duties:

Skills
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or long-term care needs is preferred.
Strong understanding of resident rights and patient care principles.
Ability to clean and maintain a safe living environment effectively.
Compassionate approach towards working with people with disabilities, demonstrating patience and empathy.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families.
Previous experience in group home settings or home health services is advantageous.
