Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a commitment to providing personalized care, including support for individuals with physical disabilities and memory care needs.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist clients with medication administration as per care plans.
Implement memory care strategies to assist clients with cognitive challenges.
Develop and follow individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
Assist clients in long-term care settings or group homes as needed.
Lift and transfer clients safely while adhering to proper techniques.
Requirements
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of medication administration practices is a plus.
Experience working with individuals with memory care needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Physical ability to lift clients and perform necessary caregiving tasks.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment for client safety.
