Our office is seeking an experienced and outgoing Recruiter to join the team in Glen Burnie, MD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of Recruiters and Managers to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidate skill sets. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more. This is a Monday to Friday position.
YOUR DAY:
Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events/social media sites, and referrals from other employees.
Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate's skills and qualifications.
Briefly describe job role requirements to identify qualified candidates.
Possess the ability to conduct in-depth interviews for skilled positions.
Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Maintain communication with Managers for updates they can provide to clients on a constant basis.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
ABOUT YOU:
High School Diploma
Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
Strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including job functions, skills required, and industry-specific challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
