We are seeking a team player who is ready to contribute to our dynamic and growing company. Experience is a plus, but not needed. We will train you how to be a STAR COMPOUNDER
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation/production of various natural products for retail outlets. Process orders and prepare shipments to customers. Maintain Warehouse operations. Efficiently handle manufacturing and warehouse tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, product Formulations and Assembly with quality control. Operate lite machinery and equipment following all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meeting production targets. Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment. No experience needed, will train.
Must be good with verbal and written instruction. Must be dependable. Job requires some lifting (must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for up to 3-4 hours). Reliable transportation needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or vocational training is a plus.
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent team player with good communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
