TQMS, INC. is a commercial cleaning company that has been in business for 21 years. We provide commercial and janitorial services for general offices, churches, flex warehouse spaces, warehouses, and other types of facilities.
Our staff are trained to be professional, thorough, and detailed cleaners. Cleaners are assigned tasks and are trained to do them to meet our standards of cleanliness for our clients. We make sure our staff have all the right tools to do their jobs.
We are looking to fill 3 positions. The positions and hours are as follow:
Day cleaner – The day cleaner must have reliable transportation as they will travel to and from 3 local parking lots in Columbia, MD. Parking lots are within a five-mile radius of each other. The hours for this position are:
Monday through Friday 7am to 11am
Responsibilities:
Remove debris from parking lots
Removing and replacing trash liners from outdoor trashcans daily. We provide a large cart on wheels to collect the trash bags.
Night Cleaners
The hours are:
Monday through Friday 5pm to 9pm
Working at professional office buildings in the Columbia, MD area
Responsibilities:
Removal of trash from trash receptacles
Spot vacuum nightly
Dust nightly
Alternative option
A candidate may do both the day job and one of the night positions to make it into a full time job.
