We are looking for confident, motivated and energetic individuals to join our field inspection team. We promote only from within and we are in the middle of an aggressive 2-year expansion plan. This means that the opportunity for growth and promotion is huge and quick. Typically, this position is eligible for promotion in as little as 30 days, based on performance.
Our training program is the best in the region. We focus heavily on product, installation marketing and sales training, so before you go into the field you will have all the skills necessary to succeed at a high level. Our inspection team reviews the results of roof inspection reports with customers and explains the problems that they identify.
The compensation package is the best in the industry. We offer an annual starting salary of $40,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses.
For a limited time, we are offering a $1,000 signing bonus based on experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation
Availability to work 12:00pm - 8:00pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pm
Our field inspection team speaks directly with over 90% of our clients. Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are a must.
