Floor Technician in an Adult Care Community
First Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Full time position - may include weekends
Pay Rate - $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
Start - ASAP
Duties include:
Ability to lift, push, pull, move 50 lbs., over 50 lbs.
Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment
and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the community.
Ability to buff and wax floors
Moving and arranging furniture in the community and offices.
Moving and rearranging furniture in residential apartments.
Deliver residents items to and from storage
