T&L Lawn Care LLC has an immediate opening for a Grass Cutting Crew Chief. The Crew Chief will supervise a crew of 1-2 employees.
Exceptional Candidates will:
be at least 21 years old
have a valid driver's license & a good driving record
have experience driving a pickup truck towing a landscape trailer
have a minimum of 5 years professional grass cutting experience
have previous supervision experience
be extremely proficient in each job required to complete a professional grass cutting service
have the experience & ability to leave a customer's lawn with a groomed, professionally cut look
model excellent work habits, promote company policy and ensure subordinates do the same
have excellent customer service skills
Punctuality is EXPECTED.
Reliable transportation is a MUST.
Close proximity to the Bel Air area is a PLUS.
