Hello, am looking for someone to clean the common areas in my rental properties, Bathroom, kitchen, hallways, mopping, sweeping,wiping down wall with warm soapy water, sweeping front and back of house, microwaves, stoves,cabinets, windows, etc. Also, you will be responsible for clean outs when a tenant moves ( More hours ) Must have at lease 6 years experience , own transportation, and own supplies. I need someone who wont miss a spot, someone who will clean areas that i wouldn't think of. the job pays 20.00 an hr to start, then a raise in 60 days, you will do 3 or more houses per week, each house takes 2/3 hrs to clean ( not including clean outs ) I pay threw cashapp or Zelle the same day ( NO TAXES ) come out , you bring home what you make.
