We are seeking an experienced Independent Contractor Cleaning Technician to provide commercial cleaning services throughout the Maryland area. You will operate as your own business, providing your own cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation.
As an independent contractor, you have control over your own work schedule, provided that services are completed according to the timeline agreed upon with our client. Assignments may include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, and other janitorial duties. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
Requirements
Operate as an independent contractor (not an employee)
Provide your own cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
Have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet agreed-upon client timelines (including some weekends if required by the client)
Willingness to travel throughout the Maryland area
Commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to safely lift 20–30 lbs and carry a 10 lb backpack vacuum
Compensation & Payment
Annual compensation of $30,000.00 – $60,000.00, based on client load and service frequency
Payment issued weekly — invoices must be submitted using our provided template no later than Monday for payment on Friday of the same week
