"Extra Income - cleaning job" –
We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in a office buildings located in the Owing Mills, MD and surrounding.
Per Diem POSITION: Days and hours of service: Varies as needed (Floater) 4 hours for evening and day hours may vary depending on customer needs. Day shift hours will vary depending on 8 hour shift, 4 hours shift and 3 hours shift.
As a floater your role is that you are assigned to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies or cover leave of absence.
Floaters are responsible for performing basic cleaning tasks, such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying wastebaskets.
Ensuring that cleaning practices are safe and efficient
Performing janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location
Using appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces,Trash removal
Sweeping and mopping floors,Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products
ALL supplies provided and on-site
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

MUST Have Reliable Transportation To Location.
Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS.

Must Be Able To Travel To Various Locations in Owing Mills/Baltimore and surroundings.

Valid Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: On the road
Company Vehicle and Gas Card Provided During Work Hours.
