We are looking for committed and diligent Crew Members to become part of our team. In this role, you will be essential in preserving and enhancing the aesthetics of outdoor environments through a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping activities. Duties
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree maintenance, and garden management.
- Construct and install landscaping features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Water plants and lawns to ensure optimal hydration and health.
- Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools for diverse tasks.
- Assist with snow removal during the winter months to ensure safe property access.
- Perform regular groundskeeping responsibilities, including mowing, trimming, and debris clearance.
- Work together with team members to complete projects punctually while upholding high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques, tree maintenance practices, and garden upkeep is advantageous.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and the capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
