Scientific Plant Service, a Fairway Lawns partner, is seeking Lawn Technicians who enjoy diagnosing and resolving a variety of turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify our client's properties. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using lawn care products responsibly, and wants to expand their knowledge in the lawn care industry.
Additional income can be earned with overtime, monthly production, customer retention bonuses, and sales commission earned.
Experience is a plus but not required; if you are motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn, we will teach you the skills you need to excel in this role.

What You'll Do:
Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner about their services.
Make recommendations for continuous improvement in customers’ lawn care needs.
Identify solutions for common lawncare issues and play an active role in the implementation of those treatments.
Use environmentally responsible lawn care products and follow proper application guidelines.
Drive an assigned job route using a company vehicle.
Maintain company vehicles including cleanliness & submitting requests for routine maintenance.
Use Technology (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to follow routes, read maps and instructions, and enter job data.
What We Need from You:
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred but not required.
Knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
