Seeking Experienced Electrician, Plumber, and HVAC Subcontractors for Residential Projects – DMV Area ( labor only )
We are currently looking for highly skilled subcontractors specializing in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work for residential projects throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of DC, MD, and VA building codes
Proven track record of passing rough-in inspections with no issues
Must provide 3 references from previous contractors you have worked with, demonstrating top-quality workmanship
Payment Terms:
No advance payments will be made
Payments are issued as progress payments after successful inspection approvals
For larger projects, payments may be phased according to project milestones
