Looking to hire a professional painter and home remodeling contractor(handyman ) to join our team in residential and commercial properties to help
replace and repair walls, floors, roofs, cabinets, counters, and fixtures of all types in order to build new rooms and refurbish existing rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms PLEASE HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AND TOOLS
Will provide any other supplies and tools if needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
Prepares, cleans, and tapes all jobsites.
Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
Cleans up worksite debris.
Collaborating with customers, designers, and project managers to understand remodeling requirements and create project plans.
Conducting on-site assessments and evaluations to identify necessary improvements and scope of work.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Carrying out various remodeling tasks, such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and other related activities.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Handling project timelines and budgets effectively to meet client expectations.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the remodeling process.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, respecting customers' properties.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a painter
Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
Good basic math skills
Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
Conscientious with great attention to detail
