I’m looking for a reliable part-time cleaner to help with Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers at a house in the Baltimore 21207 area.
Schedule:
– Mostly weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
– Some weekdays as needed, depending on bookings
– Each cleaning usually takes 2–4 hours
Pay:
– $14–$18 per hour
– Rate depends on your experience and whether you bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies or we provide them
– Paid after each cleaning (cash, Zelle, or Cash App)
Duties include:
– Cleaning kitchen, bathroom(s), bedrooms, and living areas
– Changing and making beds (laundry may be included)
– Wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping
– Restocking basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
– Making the home “guest-ready” to Airbnb standard
Requirements:
– Some cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential preferred)
– Flexible availability, especially weekends and some weekdays
– Must have your own reliable transportation to the 21207 area
– Good attention to detail and able to follow a checklist
– Can work independently and respect guests’ property
