Property Owner with multiple rental properties. Seeking someone Mow Trim & Perform related Property Maintenance for a hourly or pre agreed rate per cut we provide trimmers blowers & push & zero turn commercial mowers. Per cut subcontractor arrangements preferred for part time candidate, Applicant should have prior experience operating Zero turn mower and trimmers etc. Job involves cutting about 5 acres on a combination of adjacent properties every week to 10 days cuts & trimming can be done in one 8 hour day or over several days part time typically pays 350-400.00 a cut
