Job Description:
Elite Cleaning Professionals helps bridge the gap between well-qualified house cleaners who are looking to build clientele and clients who are looking for reliable cleaners on a more consistent basis. We are seeking residential house cleaners to add to our team of Independent Contractors located in the DMV area. Cleaners will be matched with clients who need your qualified cleaning services. We handle all of the customer service, scheduling, payments, and invoicing so that cleaners can focus on their areas of expertise. You are able to keep your already established clients, we are here to just help you gain more business. So, if you are someone who loves cleaning homes and takes pride in your work, then this job is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning services to residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of paid professional residential cleaning experience
Valid Driver’s License/ID
Legally able to work in the US
Have your own working vehicle
English speaking
Submit and pass a background check
Must have own cleaning supplies
Have access to email or smartphone
Must have or be willing to purchase Professional General Liability Insurance

Note:
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own tax and insurance. Elite Cleaning Professionals, will provide you with a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes.
