We are looking for a Room Rental Showcaser to join our team and assist in showcasing our available rental rooms to potential tenants. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping people find the perfect living space, we want to hear from you!
Location: Baltimore and Surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospective tenants to view available rooms.
Greet and welcome potential tenants at the property.
Provide guided tours of the room and the property, highlighting its features and amenities.
Answer questions and address concerns from prospective tenants.
Collect and maintain contact information for interested parties.
Ensure the property is presentable and well-maintained for showings.
Maintain records of property showings and feedback.
Be present during eviction process
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of the property's layout, features, and amenities.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to answer questions and provide information about the rental space.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Customer service-oriented.
Working Hours: Monday-Saturday. Transportation can be provided if necessary.
