Meadow Creek Apartments is in search of a new Site Technician. Candidates for this position will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. This person will also assist the maintenance staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
At WPM, you will be expected to keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and walkways of the property in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with outdoor grounds work such as trash and snow removal
Keeping sidewalk and grounds clean
Assisting maintenance team when necessary
Maintains cleanliness of property
Paints common areas and apartments
Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens and drywall repairs
