Greetings:
In search of set-up, light decorating, break-down crew for a mid/ late August 2024 (Thursday) wedding in Havre de Grace, Maryland for the following:
1. Seamstress
In need of a seamstress to butcher & rebuild my wedding gown. If you or you know someone that makes/ alters dresses/ gowns, be it wedding, prom, etc. please reach out to mé.
2. Laborers
4-6 men to set up chairs & tables, field signs, etc.
3. Decorations
2-3 women to decorate/ tables & place settings. No fancy drapping and lighting. Mainly table top decorations. Welcoming guest and providing instructions to them.
Other duties to be discussed during meeting at the venue.
Prefer married (engaged/ dating) couples because you will be invited to attend as guest, not just ‘working.’
Pays $400.00 each couple
4. Memorial Portrait Painter
Last, but not least; as a surprise gift for hubby: I am seeking a painter/ two painters to paint a large memorial portrait of both of our late Moms. I really like oil on canvas, but wouldn’t dare tell an artist how to create. However, I do want the artwork to look like them- features, complexion, expressions, etc. Want it extremely realistic.

If you can assist in one (1), two (2), or all four (4)areas, please let us know. We prefer the latter. Even though these are hiring jobs, you will be invited and treated as guest. We are celebrating and honoring married couples at our wedding. This is why we are seeking married couples.
Colors for guest are White & Gold.
Feel free to dress casual (in flats) wearing khakis pants, shorts, skirt, and white shirt.
We don’t check emails as we should; so, please text/ call. We’ll arrange to meet at the venue this week and then again a day or two before the event to go over everything in its entirety and we will provide a contract for all parties. Payment provided in cash the day of the event.
