Busy Florida construction law firm seeks a long-term, remote attorney to provide case development and trial preparation services. The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing with 4+ years in commercial or real estate litigation with demonstrated excellence in research, analysis, and writing. The successful candidate will assist in developing winning strategies and executing on those strategies reliably, on schedule, and within budget. The position is part time, 20-25 hours, with a 5-day per week commitment. The position may, but is not required to, convert to full time with benefits. Initial pay will be hourly, with the rate dependent upon skills and efficiency for billable hours.
· Experience in construction law is preferable but not required.
· Recent graduates and attorneys with ongoing involvement in other law practices are not eligible.
· Tech savvy to operate completely remotely is needed.
