Mid-sized Personal Injury firm located in Owings Mills, MD. We are looking for an experienced paralegal, who knows how to handle PI matters from start to finish. We are particularly interested in individuals who can work independently, are well versed in pre-litigation and district court litigation, and know how to handle both medicaid and medicare liens.
This position is for EXPERIENCED paralegals only. Please note that we expect the successful applicant to be able to efficiently manage a case-load of 100-150 personal injury files in pre-litigation or litigation. At least one year of relevant experience is required.
Salary will depend on experience. References required.
