Job Requirements:
Client Intake
Client Updates
Gathering Information regarding potential cases
Gathering Evidence, including photographs, videos, police reports, body worn camera footage, and other documents related to the case
Gathering Medical Records and Bills
Gathering Educational Records
Assembling Medical Records in Chronological Order
Corresponding with Insurance Companies and Schools
Speaking with Insurance Adjusters, Schools, Businesses, and Clients
Assisting in Negotiating Settlements
Preparing Settlement Documents
Organizing Case files
Saving and filing electronic correspondence
Scanning and saving mail

Typing 55-60 words per minute
Plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus
Working familiarity with case management systems
Organizing standard operating procedures
