Busy Baltimore Law Firm seeks intake specialist to interview and screen prospective clients. This is a full time position. This is an on-site job. The ideal candidate will have a four year college degree. Prior experience in marketing or customer service is preferred. The job responsibilities include:
Direct communication with prospective clients
Perform preliminary interview to qualify potential clients
Work directly with attorneys
Educate clients on the law firm's services
Data input
Will train on software, interviewing skills, and best practices. We maintain a congenial, team focused environment.
