(Weekends As Needed)

Compensation: $16-20/hour (Hybrid -Remote)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hrs/weekly) possibly additional hours as needed. This position will work closely with our management team, supporting various initiatives that will stimulate our continued growth. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who is proficient in Adobe Suite software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and has an interest in both graphic design and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will support the ETS team by handling a variety of tasks, including but not limited to creating visual materials, managing marketing projects, and assisting with administrative functions.

About Us: Founded in 2022, ETS was established as a subsidiary of Baltimore Corps Inc to provide human resources services to small and medium sized nonprofits businesses and government organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, etc.)

Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies

Help manage and grow online presence, through avenues such as LinkedIn by creating content and engaging with the community.

Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, and promotional content as required.

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, edit word docs, briefings, and PowerPoint presentations on assigned topics.

Assist with the development of templates to be used for marketing efforts.

Assist with event planning and coordination

Attend Events as needed or assigned

Collaborate with the management team on various projects and initiatives

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts

Assist Payroll Admin as necessary

Recap :

Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing marketing schedules.

Graphic Design: Use Adobe Suite software to design and create marketing materials such as brochures, manuals, specifications, and other promotional materials.

Marketing Inventory: Maintain and update inventory for marketing materials, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for upcoming campaigns and events.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and help inform sales strategies.

Customer Communication: Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain high-quality design standards.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all deliveries are met within deadlines and help with any additional ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Minimum 2 years’ marketing or communications experience

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per month

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Canvas, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred,
