Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Location: Edgewood, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (must be flexible to stay until 5:30–6:00 PM when needed)
Pay Rate: $40–$44 per hour, depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Facility Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations and lead a team focused on efficiency, safety, and compliance. Your key duties include:
Managing work orders, assigning tasks, giving clear direction, and following up for completion
Promoting and enforcing safety procedures and proper equipment storage
Overseeing maintenance of facility systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, electrical, and more
Conducting audits and inspections related to maintenance, safety, and security
Leading projects for facility improvements, upgrades, and repairs
Coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors
Managing budgets, cost tracking, and vendor contracts
Developing and mentoring facility techs and custodial staff
Supporting compliance with OSHA, EPA, and federal/local regulations
Performing or supervising emergency repairs as needed
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of facility management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills—can motivate and manage effectively
Deep knowledge of OSHA safety standards and facility systems
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and audits
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to off-hours issues as needed
Familiarity with CMMS systems a plus
OSHA 30, CFM, or FMP certifications are highly desirable
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
