Position Title: Clamp Truck Forklift Operator
Location: Aberdeen, MD

Schedule:
1st Shift - Mon to Fri (7:00am - 3:30pm)
2nd Shift - Mon to Fri (4:00pm - 12:30pm)
Compensation: 1st Shift ($19.00/hr.) 2nd Shift ($20.50/hr.)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Clamp Truck Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate clamp forklifts to safely move, load, and unload materials, including pallets, rolls, or other products requiring specialized handling. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate clamp truck forklifts to handle, move, and store materials and products.
-Transport products safely to designated locations within the facility.
-Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
-Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
-Communicate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient workflows.
-Assist with inventory management, including tracking and organizing stock.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a clamp truck or forklift operator required.
-Proficiency in operating clamp trucks and other forklifts.
-Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
